Introducing the Seed Digging Journal for Students! There are 31 journal prompts – one for each day of the month.
This journal asks gentle, thought-provoking questions to help students gain understanding of emotional and behavioral development and equips them with strategies to be in charge of their mind and emotions. Students are given opportunities to practice deep breathing, visualization, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to replace negative belief systems with inner thoughts of love and compassion.
Designed for both groups and individuals, these journal prompts use self-exploration and creative expression to help students use their voice and learn how to stop negative thoughts that lead to emotional and behavioral issues.
This journal is geared towards upper middle school, high school, and college students and is most effective when used alongside the Seed Digging for Students training (https://www.seeddiggingtraining.com/).
